Well this does suck considering I just bought the bike Saturday and I should not ride it according to the recall. And you know the parts are not at the dealers to fix this problem yet and then we have to get in line to get it done. I think HD should throw in a gift card for a couple hundred bucks or make a payment for me if it takes more than a week to get it done!
Being that we probably know about this recall before most dealers you can call and get your name on the parts before the flood hits. I just called my dealer and it was the first the service dept heard of it. She set me up to get in on the first shipment of fixes when they arrive. Not that I want mine to be the first one the HD Tech works on, but maybe after he gets a few under his belt it will be okay :-)
I had this issue. Mentioned it at the 1,000 mile service and they adjusted the clutch. I wonder if that means it's fixed? Guess I'll be calling tomorrow. I'd better cut and paste the above into a draft email so they will know about it...
I think you can go to Harley's web page and enter your VIN and it'll tell you if you're on the recall list.
Haven't their been a couple of posts about the new hydronic clutch having issues?
A friend told me about a friend of his that bought a 2014 at DelMarVa bike fest and had clutch issues on the way home!
Sad. You'd think by now they would have that **** figgered out!
How long have there been stock hydrolic clutches on Japanese bikes?!?!
C'mon Harley!! Get Your **** Together!

Gotta Respect the MOCO, At least They admit to Their mistakes. Ask Obama and many others, They just blame the other Guy.
I just saw this someplace else. Was gonna start a thread but checked to make sure nobody hadn't already and saw this one.
It says the CVO's are included too. Why? Haven't the CVO's ran a hydraulic clutch for years? B/c CVO's have run it for years shouldn't this be a proven system?
