It says the CVO's are included too. Why? Haven't the CVO's ran a hydraulic clutch for years? B/c CVO's have run it for years shouldn't this be a proven system?
Most likely a new manufacture or design for 2014. I believe it is just the master cylinder.
When My dealer replaced mine, they said air was getting in but when they pressure tested it, it never leaked air or fluid and they were stumped.

I think the issue here is the clutch master cylinder supplier must have had an issue ramping up production from a couple thousand units/yr to the huge quantity of parts needed to meet 2014 production roll out. Took some short cuts that affected QC in order to make production/delivery quotas? Result? Lots of field failures.
Mine went "south" yesterday. Was able to ride it to my dealer. They overnighted replacement part. Part replaced, system bled & back to me today. Haven't seen the actual recall/repair bulletin, but hoping the repair made by my dealer today complies with action required for the recall. Will find out tomorrow...
