Default Rear brake pedal 2007

I would like the pad on my RK Classic to be a bit lower, but it does not seem to have any adjustment on it. I have to lift my foot a good 3 to 4 inches off the running board to use it, and I would rather just have to lift my boot toe and move my foot forward. Anyone change theirs, I know there are aftermarket pedals for the earlier models, but couldnt find one for mine.

Thanks

WB

Everybody is raving about the EZ brake replacement. Supposed to be lower and farther forward.

Just installed the EZ-Brake on my 07 FLHTC......Easy as cake....piece of pie. Remove the old floor board. Remove the pin that connects the brake pedal to the rear master cyclinder. remove nut that holds on the brake lever. Take off lever and install new one in reverse order. don't forget to replace (or re-use) the O-rings from the brake pedal. Grease it up with some lithium. Your're set to go!! I got big ole size 13 feet, and this gave me MUCH more comfort than the MOCO's OEM pedal. Like the old alka seltzer commercial, "try it, you'll like it". Hope this helps!

EZ Brake will save your life one day when your foot gets stuck UNDER the stock brake pedal, I consider it a safety necessity with my big dogs. Here is a pic of it on my RK Custom.
