harleydude....PM me your phone # I may be able to help you out. Do you think its the 3 button switch....the O rings can dry....its a pretty simple set up.
hey, I found this on a forum. Im having the same issue and milsco wont sell parts. Is the valve block repairable?
I have a Road Zepplin seat that makes a "clicking noise" when it's plugged. Happens whenever power is applied to the seat. Compressor functions work fine and the seat inflates/deflates. Any ideas on the cause? I've unplugged the seat for now, but obviously it's less than ideal.
I sent him a PM with the info - looks like it went thru.
Can you send me that info on the replacement seat valves?I was going to send you a message but I didnt see that option when I opened your profile. Thanks!
My switches are leaking air. I have the a older seat that has the 3 switch and a 2 switch. I can find a 3 switch one but can not find a 2 switch. I have been to a dealer with no help. They even tried to contact Milsco and they didn't get back to them. I just need a 2 switch. Anyone with any information would be grateful.

I had quite a time with Milsco. They were helpful in the beginning and told me I had to have a dealership ship it back and they would fix it. I told the the guy in the email I would probably wait till end of season as it was fall anyways. By the time I got it to the dealer and the dealer couldnt get any response from them. They had Harley contact them and was told they were no longer doing any seat repairs out of warranty. I had them ship it anyway with a copy of the emails enclosed and they just sent it back and no longer respond to my emails. Customer service sucks too. Soon as I told them what it was about, they quit responding too. I found some switches out of a seat for an over the road truck. They are a little different shape and will require some cutting on the seat frame. Cans you share the info on the switch you found? Thanks.
