Oppinons on Lowering 2000 Road King with 21in Rim

Oppinons on Lowering 2000 Road King with 21in Rim
Hello,
Ive noticed my 2000 Roadking seems to sit a bit High since putting my 21 inch rim on the front and im really not liking the look. I allready know the rear is higher then newer bikes from which I understand they use a 12 inch Air Shock vs a 13 inch. They newer "Touring Line" seems to sit a bit lower. Whats are your oppinons on lowering a 2000 model RK. I have read about the Pros and Cons on lowering in general but Im looking for some feed back on a 2000. Ive seen post about Air vs Progessive.. Ext.
