ESP with tire and wheel coverage covers any damage to the wheel, period. I talked to the dealer about it as the 2012 EGUC came with a 5 year with tire and wheel plan the former owner didn't cancel.
Go argue with them and make enough of a fuss, they'll replace it
Actually peeling chrome is not covered under the wheel/tire ESP. It is considered cosmetic...which is not covered. Otherwise every person with peeling chrome would get new wheels. You think HD will allow themselves to lose money like that...LOL

Just a thought, if you have the tire & wheel coverage. Let some air out of the tire and slowly run into a curb.
Not trying to be a smart azz. But they will cover it then, but DONT drop the bike and cause more damage.

Correct Matt. Damage is covered, appearance is not. Peeling/bubbling chrome isn't damage.
