What brand light is it? I have the Custom Dynamics one and it only has the bulbs on one side. The CD light was a tight fit. I just had to bend the mount a little.

+1...took me less than 5 minutes to replace mine including the time I took to clean everything.
Bought the smoked lens and LED fender tip bulb. All good.
Got the amber lens cover off. All good.
Removed the old bulb. All good.
LED amber replacement doesn't easily insert into the bulb slot and it's not exactly heavy duty. I don't want to force it and snap it off.
Before I apply too much pressure--is there a proper side out with the LED or is it a universal fit? There are LED's on both sides.
The bulb has a "+" and a "-" but I don't see a corresponding symbol on the bulb slot.
????
Dude - i did exactly this and had exactly the same problem a week ago. That damn LED light does not fit into the plug. I got it to go about halfway with some muscle and cursing and it lights up but its definitely not right....

Exactly!!! Ok...it's not just me...
I'm going to give it another try later this afternoon. I thought I was just so pissed I couldn't see straight. I may pick up another LED at auto parts to see if it's any better.
