there are no additional maps for pre 2014. at least the 2010-2014 VCI are compatible with the 2014 (new and free) software download. Pre 2010 VCI may also be OK with the 2014 software. The 2014 software has additional features which will assist dyno tuning like the live map to know which cells are hit with data. overall no big difference to the those that get data riding on the road.
