Thank you FLYER, your revue is very helpful. I have monotubes and they made tremendous improvement over stock. Bike already handles like it is on rails and I am just curious how much improvement we can get by getting CCE without changing stock springs.
Are yours the Progressive monotubes? That's what mine are. I never had the chance to try it with stock springs. I went from stock front suspension with SE oil straight to the CCE kit with Progressive monotubes. At first it seemed a little harsh on the front but now I love the feel.
To those wondering where to get, they are not sold through regular big distributors, but dealers can get them. I talked to Rick at CCE and he explained the margin was so slim that Drag and the other distributors just couldn't handle them without a really high price. Latus motors in Gladstone got mine for me.
Yes, mine are Progressive monotubes and I had exactly same filling as yours, at first a little harsh and now they just perfect , or as perfect as Harley could be..., that's what I think.

Yeah, I had to get used to feeling what the front tire was doing LOL.
