I've had a Power Vision tuner from FM for a couple years, but up til now, it's just been sitting on a shelf since flashing the tune.
Decided to Mount it on the bars and play with it a little. I want to try the Auto-Tune feature to see if I can "tweak" my tune just a little, and I want to be able to monitor Head Temps to see how my FCS fans are working.
Ran the wire from the data connector, under the tank, and up the bars on the right side. Got the Ram Mount and Sun Shade on order.
Just downloaded all the updates, now just gotta wait for the mount.
I mounted mine and I have been really happy with the usefulness of the display. There are a whole lot of values that can be chosen from to view, and in many different screens. Also like the ability to switch back and forth between two different tunes, and the auto tune and data log capabilities are pretty slick. I think that you'll like it being up front and accessible.
Be careful where you run that wire under the tank. Mine was picking up interference from the ignition cables and the tuner would lock up after a few minutes.
It's nice feature to mount on bars and monitor channels of your choice. When I bought mine they threw in Tech Mount with visor. BTW to my pleasant surprise my Garmin Nuvi fits this mount too!

Gipper, why do you switch back and forth between tunes? I just want to "dial in" the tune as good as it can be, and then just leave it alone.

Now you've got me worried, ran the wire directly from the Data Link and then thru the plastic wire channel under the tank.
Not really sure how else I could've have done it though, the wire was just barely long enough as it was.
