Remove the air temp gauge? How will you know when it's cold out?. Oil temp gauge? you do know the oil will get hot when the motors running?. So now that's out of the way, buy something you'll get some real use, and value from.,,

Oh, I'm full of bright ideas.... Take some time off in January, rent a u-haul or borrow a trailer and go somewhere warm to ride and have an adventure!

Put some of the extra cash that's burning a hole in your pocket in a savings account for a rainy day when you might really need it or spend some on someone who really could use the help. It will make you feel great either way.

That is a beautiful bike.
Functionally, I put lower fairings on my Road King and I've been riding all the way down to 27deg so far this winter without heated gear, just layered my clothes - they make a huge difference.
They also facilitated install of a high powered stereo system, which I have to say I previously never would have considered on a bike, but now don't think I could ever do without.

Seeing as how the air temp gauge is useless, I went ahead and put oil temp gauge in its place. At least i get some useful feedback. I don't obsess over the temp but I now know what the motor is doing. Air gauge is off by about 25 degrees.

Since Ya are towing I'd get a proper tuner and dyno tune. I don't care if everything else is stock. They run lean and hot stock, add a trailer and heat + ping = bad! No need for gauges/fans/coolers if it is tuned properly.
