Did Stage 1 when I got the bike(09), SE tuner, K&N breather and 4" Rineharts. I did the SE255s last Dec. took advantage of my Dealer winter special. $725 out the door. before and after dynos. Gains 20% on HP & Torque. 70 to 85HP and 83 to 97 Tq. I think its a good bang for your buck!! Very good power increase between 2200 and 3500 rpms! Right where i needed it!
Ultimate goal is to pop the front wheel up and have more torque.
I agree with the goal to gain more torque. If you have a regular mechanic, consult him, many of them have 'recipes' for more power and torque for a touring bike.
Now, to the 'pop the front wheel up' deal. No intent to be rude, but I'm wondering how that can be a reasonable goal on a touring bike, and not only that, an expensive touring bike!!! Just sayin'...
Maybe a Dyna Low Rider or V-Rod might be appropriate for this kind of stuff, or as others have said, a sport bike.
