My 98" thread died.

For those of you running higher compression ratioes. Does the stock starter do OK or will I be upgrading the starter shortly?

It's a given: higher compression ratios are starter-eaters. You'll learn how to rebuild them or maybe keep a spare. As I recall, another Forum member, Phil M. has had his share of this and often promotes lower compression values as a result. You might perform a search on the engine section and see what pops up.....bound to be a lot of info.
