Has anyone purchased this and installed it? Any feedback?

I think there is one for sale in the classifieds. You might want to search as the seller may have some useful feedback.

Have one ... came with the bike at purchase. Very seldom use it as the HD security system and fork lock are enough for me in most cases. It's probably a good thing in a high crime area where it would make it more difficult (but not impossible) for them to pick up the bike. Difficult to justify for the price IMO ...

Other than price and the fact that it looks nicer how is the function different from a disc lock?
It still requires someone to bend over to activate, remove before take-off,still have to carry a key and pin.

Knowing me I would probably try to drive with it

Had a Xena disc lock and caught myself a few times

Not for me but looks nice - blends into the caliper body well

I like it better than a basic disc lock just because when ya take off with a disc lock it will mess up the fork leg. This thing won't let ya get going. Of course ya may go down either way??

i had a disk lock that i purchased way back for my 07. worked great on the 07 and then on the 2010. but it doesn't fit the agitator rotors that are on my 13. i have checked a couple different disk locks around here and they don't fit. this item would, though admittedly it is a little pricey.

I have the HD version of this for use when touring...I think it is made by Kryptonite. It has a curly telephone cord like thing that stretches from the lock to the handlebar so that you don't ride off with it still attached to the disc.

It still won't stop a group of enthusiastic thieves...

I have a roadlok for sale. I used it on my bike quite often. The only reason its not on my bike now is, I have 21" wheels and different brake disc. The holes on the brake disc don't line up with the wheel lock. If you are interested PM and we can talk.

Got it about 3-4 years now.
I use it in my gararge if any lucky fool happens to get in there when I'm not home.
I use it anytime I'm off bike.

I have forgotten a few times to remove it but there is no way the bike will give an inch with it on if you try to take off. Bike wont budge.

Can 4 guys come along with two pipes and lift the bike into a pick up in 30 seconds? YES. But this gives me a little extra comfort for the average thief.
