Congrats on the new bike, I bought one on veterans day vivid black. Same with me the deal was almost the same I could not refuse. I put on 12.5 wild 1 apes, Vance & Hines header pipes and 4" pipes, tuned up and she hauls ***. Still breaking her in. Great bike they sure did fine tune it, more rider friendly. Enjoy.
Looks like you bought it Chicago Harley. That's where I bought my 14' FLHXS...from Jerry. I love the denim black with red stripe...but .I like to wax and polish, but I did sit on the bike you bought!
Don't if it was the same bike but yes it was Chicago Harley, I've been dealing with Nick and Marti for many years. Great guys!
Good for you. Great dealer who understands how to operate. Love the black denim scheme.
The 14 SGS is the sales leader of the 14's. Even though you had an 11, the 14 is a major upgrade. Just wait until you experience the handling next season.
If you are going to black out the front guard consider the black bag guard. A friend has a 14 SGS and went with the front and rear guards in black. It really adds to the look. More complete.
Out of pocket less than $5,700 it was a no brainer.. Now, what to do… Hmmm, exhaust V&H Pro Pipe in black, change all the lights to LED lights, which I already have in stock from my previous bike, maybe, just maybe upgrade the cams, upgrade the amp and speakers (not now) docking hardware for passenger, luggage rack, front end have it blacked out. ...
out of pocket less than $5,700? get ready to reach into that pocket a lot more before you're done.
