Default Exchaust question

Hi guys
I've just bought a used set of Fishtail cans off a 1340 evo (I think). I'm going to fit them onto my 04 RKC. I know they will fit, but will I have any other issues?

I think the reason nobody has responded to this quewtion is that it has been asked ad nauseum...yes. there will be issues. Would suggest you research the many other exhaust questions & you will discover what issues there will be for your bike. Doesn't really matter WHICH exhaust...you will need to make adjustments.

Not quite right , if you already have a stage one set up you will be OK , if your bike is stock you will need to retune but really need more info on what you have and what you are planing on doing

The only real way to find out is bolt them up and go for a ride.It might pop it might back fire it might run fine.

Just like SpecialEd said bolt them on and see what happens, if there is a problm then address it. By the way you should use a new set of muffler clamps to be on the safe side, you did say they came off of a EVO motor right?

Did you take the baffles out and clean/check them out? I wouldn't install a used set of pipes without doing it. I've seen baffles with very excessive corbon build up! If you didn't know it you might think something is messed up.
