Anyone sell theirs to them?
Criteria reads like new so if not new out of box unused condition they'll reject them and if they do well you can pay to get them back or they don't mind keeping them. My problem with this is:
I emailed them some questions and no reply
If they reject and I want back I'm out $50ish and still have stock pipes
But biggest is
They sell blemished pipes so why not reject then sell without paying the $75
Not saying this is their buisness practice just curious if people have had success.
Have not seen people that did not think American Custom is not treating their customers unfairly.
If your used mufflers can be shined up enought that they can resell them you will probably get your $. If they receive them with scratches that cannot be buffed out, they will most likely lower your offer or reject them.
You could always send them pictured and see what they say.
If you want their adjustable baffle system put in, you can send them your stock mufflers and they will modify them, and send your stock mufflers right back.
If you are talking about your stock head pipes, they will most likely be far less fussy, as they are always covered up by the stock heat shields. Believe they remove the cats and then sell the decatted pipes. Unless dented they should be able to clean up most stock systems to resell.
