I saved a bundle by ordering from Zanotti. I live in Ontario and had the order shipped to a UPS store an hour away in N.Y.state. Shipping costs for a $900US order was $30 (the cost to ship to Canada would have been $120). At the border I paid GST and PST. I figure my order would cost around $2,000C at my local dealer. The only fly in the ointment is that Zanotti's online system will not accept a Canadian credit card so you have to phone in the order.
Compare Zanotti's price for blond TC SE heads vs the Canadian price.
Just a comment on what I've found on the Deeley HD Canada website. Look up any part and get the cost off the web. Go to a HD dealer and the same part will cost more!!! Why...the dealers are marking the prices up. As an example. I looked up a headset kit for my 07 Ultra. Web said $239. Local dealer wanted $329. I asked him why they were ripping people off. Answer, the web gives MSRP. Dealer can sell for whatever they want. Anyway I gave a friend $100 for his extra brand new headset.
I think, if you asked a fellow member to send you a Christmas package if the things you Had on your wish list, they might do that, providing you send them {GAS} money to ship them to you!!

I have found that to be the case with some HD dealers also.
I use an indy in the Toronto area. He gives me 20% off the Cdn. list price on all my orders. It usually takes about 2 weeks from when I order til parts in hand, but, it's worth it IMO.
If any CDN members want his name and # send me an email or PM.
Somethings wrong with that picture. I have gotten stung many times by UPS for their brokerage fee. But, the highest charge I've been hit with is $33 canadian. This is on purchases ranging from $20 to $800 us. Mind you this does not include duty.I would call them to see if they are including the duty.It is generally cheaper to go with usps global priority (no brokerage fee). Just my 2 cents. Brad
