Well, bad news. The clutch adjustment was close, but no change in slippage after adjustment inside the chain case, proper adjustment of the cable. So, looks like I need to order the clutch. The Rivera kit I picked out is Kevlar, extra plate and friction disc, and ten percent heavier spring. I figure that is the minimum I need the way I ride. If you look at my Avitar, that's a hint of my style
I installed the Rivera extra disc clutch, love it! I don't feel any increase in clutch lever, but notice it wants to pull the front off the ground on a hard power shift! Also I like the feel, more precise, no hesitation or extended release. It is right there where I like it. Not bad for a product that increases holding power as much as this one does. I assume about 30 to 35 percent more holding power, due to extra disc, bigger inner friction and 10 percent bigger spring? Plus I went with DEXERON III fluid.
I burnt up my first clutch at about 25,000 myself but was only slipping in 5-6. I'll never use synthetic in the primary again! I went with a different brand clutch pack at the time but I was surprised that a cam only bike had to have the clutch pack replaced so soon.
Id add an S/E clutch spring before buying an entire new clutch. Had slipping on a nice build I did. I added the s/e spring and slipping became a thing of the past. I also recommend running regular dino oil in your primary, not ATF or synthetic oil. That is all I have on this subject aside from trying to adjsut the clutch first. Is the motor stock? I can hammer my stock 103 without any slippage.

I believe from post 13 that he already installed the new clutch pack. And had already tried to adjust the old.
Interesting why someone would ask are you sure to someone with a Dart that can pull the front wheels off the ground but oh well. However I can see their point, I could measure no wear in mine at 35K. But I have never had my front wheel off the ground in anything... HA
