+6" for 14"'s. Cheapest is probably the Burly kit. Check with LA Choppers too as they have a reasonably priced kit. Magnum's are nice too but they cost more. Less expsensive kits are black vinyl but they get the job done.
That being said I'd spend a little more on braided stainless lines. The look better and work better for the brakes.
i am installing 14 Malo bars from Buky on my 04 Road Glide. for the +6 burly kit it appears to be the cheapest at around $200. Can not tell if it has the lower brake lines in that price. Both Magnum and LA Choppers are $400 appears they include the lower brake lines.
I am looking to purchase the burley kit through J&P with their hangover sale. Looks like you can get the kit and $$ off as well along with free shipping. Reviews on the cable indicate they are as good as or better than stock.
I been running the stock ones since 04, so if they hold up as long i'll be a happy camper
