Well then you tell us whats best on this 14 bike...... You started discussion but only want our opinion just a observation.
Not looking to stir a debate on the speaker topics, however. My experience and background and musical taste has led me to believe that "heavily" marketed speakers or integrated system are not the "BEST" solution for pure audio enthusiast. Your driving in a "NONE CONTROLLED" environment, which is a "motorcycle." It's not an enclosed cabin, car, suv, etc. So music will sound different due to the variable weather, wind conditions, speed, etc etc. What I'm saying is that many heavily marketed brands out there all produce just "noise" NOT quality music. You don't have to spent an arm and a leg to get good quality sound, however you don't have to settle for mediocre sound either. The stock SGS radio system sounds way better than the previous model and its a nice improvement. But with that being said, it could be made better, its that simple. J&M, Boom, etc etc are not IMO good quality components, they are heavily marketed system that are massed produced. Each ear is different, each budget is as well, however. Many motorcycle enthusiast like us, take our bikes to the next level as long as our budget permits us. Besides, its all about YOU, YOUR BIKE, the road and your pure enjoyment of the ride and what comes with it...
To original OP go to ABT and listen to Focal speakers I have had them in 2 different bikes now they are great, just a short drive from Chicago up milwaukee ave they have more speakers in stock than you can imagine.

Nothing in the Focal line even comes close to comparing to the BT Titan II/Hybrid Audio Technologies 6.5" and 7.1" until you get into the K2-KRC line at more than DOUBLE the price ($679) of the BT speakers.
