Looking 4 my next Bagger
Ok guys so its time for another Bagger, my first one was an 88 electra glide classic and I loved it.. So it's about 4 years later and my plan worked.. First got the wife a 250cc scooter to practice and get ready for one of her own..She just got a 03 sportster for Christmas so now I just got to sell my old ford and BAM back on the road again..I can't wait
My plan is to sell my old ford and take every penny of it to get my bike..Or if Iam luck fine a good trade.. But money wise,,,I would like to stay under 7

You can get a bagger for under 7K but it will probably have really high mileage or be rode hard. Be patient, it's winter in most places and not a lot or riding going on except here in Dallas, Tx. yesterday, haha.
If your budget is only $7k range then you may want to look for one with a salvage title unless you want something with really high mileage. There are a few nice road kings and ultras that just need some cosmetic work on Craigslist in my area in $5 to $7k range with low miles. Anything else in that price range usually has 80k and up mileage.
If my car sells for 10 then my budget goes to ten..If not I will just get it out of pocket here in the next few months and wait till spring to get rid of the car..Dont really like a salvage title but who knows.. What is considered HIGH miles for a Bagger 50k 60k ?

Well I just hit ebay, for your money cash out the door you'll have to get a early 2000's. Some good things about that, lots of aftermarket & basically good motors with good cranks. I'm sure you could dig up a RK, but stay away from the MMI EFI bikes. Its a pain to get tuned, Carb would be my pick.
Good luck.
Good luck.
