Default Are you Strapless???

I have never liked the seat strap going across on any bike I have had (personal preference of course) and took mine off day one.
Back in the day I had a girlfriend grab it on an older bike,,,,, it broke of course and she fell off (no big deal she probably deserved it anyway)
So are you strapless??? ride safe, paul

Note ADDED: I guess we could call it the "CRAZY *** BIT*H" handle,,,,,,,, if you're ready to get rid of your girl because shes a crazy *** B*TCHT just tell her to hold on to it and dump her *** off the back or his *** for the girl riders

Always take them off. I don't think any passenger would be comfortable only holding on to that thing anyway. Get a remove able backrest if you carry a passenger.

Took it off my FLHTK day one, along with those decals on the aircleaner and the stick-on reflectors on the forks. Agree with all here - useless, plus make it much more difficult to remove the seat.

I'm an avid anti-decal/sticker guy.

When I got my chrome fork lowers, I asked them not to stick the reflectors on. Service manage said they never put them on, no one wants them.
