Air cleaner options with MM EFI?

Air cleaner options with MM EFI?
Wanting to complete my stage one on the Road King, but About the only aftermarket air cleaner I can find is the Arlen Ness Big Sucker. Does anyone else still make one? I want something I can put the stock football cover back on. It's an '01 by the way.

the "old" S/E's used to come with a K&N filter- if that still does cool ( the new ones come with paper filter...)

I have the m&m efi system and after looking at the small AC selection. Made my own. Was not that complicated and saved a bucket of money! See attached pic. You may not like the style I made but most of the work went into making the TB bracket....Just something you might want to consider.
