Road King Classic and Plasma rods

Road King Classic and Plasma rods
I've been lurking for a few months and gleaning as much information as I possibly can. I have a 2012 Road King Classic and I'm wanting the rear end to light up better. I know I'm gonna change the rear tail to an LED but have considered getting a set of the plasma rods from Custom Dynamics. Does anyone else run these on their classic? What are some other options and if you have pictures I'd love to see them. Thanks in advance.

On my RKC, I went with the Bright *** Tail light, and Custom Dynamics LED's for the front and rear turn lights, and a Biketronics Equalizer. My rears are Brake-Turn-Run and the max intensity match the BAL light just great.
My suggestion is to max out what you have, then go from there if you want to.
I often get comments about the BAL, I set it for three "Zaps", then max light.
You may find you don't need the rods after all...

I have an 11' RKC and think I know the look you're going for. Did you replace the leathers with hard bags? I have yet to see a RK with leather bags and that filler piece that holds the plasma rods. With hard bags, I think it looks great. The *** end of the SGs look awesome, and it makes me want hard bags. Post pics if you see leathers with the filler piece. If that looks good, the plasmas will too! Custom Dynamics make a great product. I have their LEDs and I highly recommend them. Good luck!
