I had the Wimmer Spike A/C on my Softail and it was a quality product which costs $400. With that said, I would question a "knock off" version selling for $86.
The whole listing is questionable at best. First few sentences state NOT FOR EFI. The further down the list of bikes it fits included current EFI bikes. The fact that the seller can only manage a photo on a dirty Sportster says a lot.... like he has no shop, but more likely sells parts out of his basement, garage or spare bedroom. Sportsters and Big Twins are different distances between the breather bolts (mounting surface). Also note that there appears to be a Mikuni Carb behind that filter. There is no such thing as ONE SIZE FITS ALL. Buyer beware.

Looks restrictive too. [small inlets, small filter] Also, the ad doesn't say it comes with crankcase breathers and the bracket,so that's another $45-$100 to spend to install it.
It would be worth a try in my opinion. Contact the seller to verify it would fit your application and to discuss the return policy in case you aren't satisfied.
