You can also see every channel the ECM sees, and set up things to view like what gear you're in, engine temp, battery voltage, throttle position, etc just to name a few. Also you can read and clear the diagnostic trouble codes, and set up fuel trip gages. There is a lot it can do for you, well worth the money.

If you do mount it on the bike, is it easily removable like a GPS? I'd hate to have it stolen.

Thanks, guys. I appreciate the info. rbferg, not really interested in a piggy back tuner, and not really interested in "cheaper". Just wanted to make sure that it was money well spent.

Understood, and yes it's money well spent IMO especially when purchased through Fuel Moto.
$500 clams is a lot of money for me. I'd like to hear from anyone with a basically stock bike. The only changes I've made is a decat of the headpipe and a KN air filter. Would I benefit from a PV tuner? I'm riding a 2012 Ultra. Thanks, David
You don't really have a stock bike as far as your ECM tune is concerned. You've made both ends freer breathing. You need to richer up your mixture somehow. I'd go with either the PV or the SEPRT. Either are the "right" way to do it by flashing the ECM.

Can you use the handle bar mount for a GPS when not using the Power Vision? What does a stage 1 consist of? I am a new/old rider, have been without a bike for 25 yrs, now have a 2013 SG, so I have a lot to learn and relearn. I have a set of 4"Rinehart's and a head pipe that I have removed the cat from, stock exhaust is still on for now.
Not trying to hi-jack the thread, just have the same question as the O/P plus some of my own.
