If you can buy that bike as pictured for $2700 and it runs, I'll give you $3700 for it salvage or not. Something sounds fishy with that deal.

Heck, pursue it until it shows to be a typo or mistake or such. It's possible it's real. Unlikely? Sure! But sometimes it does happen.

I have confirmed that the price is correct. Who knows? I could be a revenge sale from a nasty divorce. But that's highly unlikely. I relpied and asked why they were selling it so cheap and that it seems way too good to be true. Also, for more info including the VIN. We'll see what they say...

hustonhdguy - Could you share the other post for this bike? I would like to check it out.

100% scam. I see crap łike that near weekly on CL (for sale at like 1/4 the real value) and they're always flagged within a day or two.

There are good deals, there are deals too good to be true because the bike is likely hot, and then there are outright fishing scams like this. Betcha $50 that the seller will never agree to a face to face exchange. Pursue it and see. Whatever you do, do not give that dude any of your info.
