I got some leather covers for my brake and clutch levers at my dealer. I also put a set on my hi-way pegs. These are about 10-12" long and a very heavy fringe, not the thin spagetti kind.
THAT STUFF DIDNOT SELL WELL BUT SOME DEALERSSTILL HAVE IT. YOU CAN GET THE FRINGE FROM HD FOR THE FRONT AND BACK FOOTBOARD AND SADDLEBAG RAILS AND TOUR PAK. YOU WILL NEED TO LOOK IT UP IN THE 2000 P AND A CATALOGUE AND HAVE YOUR DEALER DO AN EASY LINK TO SEE WHO HAS IT IN STOCK. MOST DEALERS WILL GIVE YOU A BIG DICOUNT AS THE WANT TO GET RID OF IT. FOR THE HANDLE BARS KURYAKYN CAN PROVIDE YOU WITH IRONBRAID IN VARIOUS COLORS. IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM LOCATING IT PM ME AND I WILL DIG OUT THE PART NUMBERSFOR YOU.
was at a motorcycle swap meet in Birch Run Michigan today. Was specifically looking for some fringe. Bought some great leather fringe for handle bars, floor boards and to wrap around the bag rails (I have a road king classic). Looks great. The name of the place is TRD Leathers out of Cleveland OH. Try their website (trdleather.com).
