FYI, If you drop Zanottis name or HD Chicago, thedealers I have dealt with will give you "almost" 20% off. Roger in Racine is one good guy.
If he doesnt refer to somewhere else for a cheaper price, he will tell you:
"I'm about giving you the best price you can get today, I might not make as much on this sale, but you will be back to see mefor the same discount many times in the future." This guy knows we can get better deals elsewhere, but he takes the cut on his commission so he can get the return customer.
One up the road that is absolutely horrible, NOT one good thing to say about them. The next is in Sante Fe 44 mi. or so. Seem to be good people. Small shop and hardly any stock on hand. The wife and I seem to travel a bit, with and without the kiddos, and I have yet to pass a dealer without buying at least a shirt, if in my size 4-5xl. If not, the wife gets one by default.-PapaTravis

I am right in the middle of three....takes just a little over an hour to get either of the three. They are all about the same and I seldom go to any of them. They don't have anything I really want or even need. I need a HD dealership like I need fiberglass toilet paper.
Two dealers within 15 min. ride. Five in the county, two withthe same owner.I've purched bikes fromfour of them, but do most of my parts buying from only one. I've developed a repore with a couple of their counter guys and know I can trust their judgement. Still has a Mom and Pop shop feel.
