I have one about 8 miles from my house, but I choose to do business with one that is 30 miles away. To me its about customer service along with price.
Some dealerships only care about you when you are getting that brand new bike.
Their is a dealer 1 mile from my house. I bought my bike at a dealer 20 miles from my house. The dealer I bought my bike from was so much more willing to help me get the right bike and they treated me very good. I felt like a member of the family. Their service Dept is the best around. I highly reccommand Cerini's HD.
Living on Long Island I have the choice of several Dealers two many to count plus the ones in NYC and the several I pass to the one I like. I choose to ride 185 miles to a dealer in Honesdale Pa, Baer HD, have always treated me like family plus I get 20% on parts and HD apparel all the time. If I order it like buying on Line with someone you trust. Great people Still run by a family

I have a dealer that is about 4 miles away...I don't shop there any longer, bad customer service. The closest dealer I use is 20 miles away, but mostly I do the online thing They are currently painting my inner fairing, and the custom chopped tour pak to match the bike.
I have three dealers within 15 miles of home. I give my $ to a dealer that is 42 miles away. The ones that are close are not bad but the one 42 miles away is way better!! They don't have a new fancy building and are family owned, beenin business for many years.
