I was just about ready to remove my heel shifter and I somehow injured my foot. It is very painful to try and upshift with my toe right now, so the removal has been postponed. I have started to get used to the heel shifter, so maybe it will stay.
I ended-up buying extenders from Walter's Garage and I love the Toe/Heel shifter (size 13 boot). Never thought I'd like it but now would feel strange without it.
