So used to it now that I think I'd have trouble going back to toe shifting. Had it lowered when I bought it. I think I shift a lot smoother with the heel shifter.

I fitted an extended rear shift lever and lowered both the fore and aft levers so that they lay flat with the rubbers at either end of the footboard only sitting about 1" higher that the board. I wouldnt be without them now, hardly have to raise my foot to change up or down.

I plan on getting an extended one for the heel, but I also lowered both of the levers as close to the board as possible and like using the stomp down method for shifting up and down. Don't think I would want to go back to only toe shifting.

Size 12....use it all the time. I adjusted my heel shift lever down low, and used spacer washers to move my floorboards outward slightly..... works GR-8 for me!
