9 1/2, and use it all the time. My Concours is toe only, and I REALLY like not having to 'toe up' the shifter. I moved both the heal and toe shifters down as low as they would go and stay functional...

I just bought a new pair of Steel toe work boots,and wore them for the first time today.
I'm sure glade I left the heel shifter on becuse I couldn't get my toe under the shift.

Use my heel all the time. After reading this post and responses I adjusted the toe shifter higher to get my foot under to up shift. Its alot more fatigueing to me to toe up shift, nothing to pivot your arch on with floorboards.
