Tour Pak Back Rest

I have a 07 Ultra Classic and am looking for passenger back rest options. The little lady can't seem to get used to the wrap around effect of the rear speaker pods and wrapping back rest. She is used to a standard back rest on the Road King

I was thinking of removing the rear speakers and was wondering what back rest pads will work nicely on a king tour pak.

Pictures would be great.

Easier to trade "the little lady". But seriously, never heard of anyone complaining about this. Is she claustrophobic? Why not try just removing the speaker pods?
