I need to find new male pins for the handlebar wires, some broke during the pull, anyone sure what they are and where to find them? Looking at pics of Molex 150 pins some look right some not so much.
On your next try, tape up those puppies tight together and attach your pull device about 6" above the pins but use something like masking tape to secure it from the attaching point to the taped up pins if you follow me.

You likely won't find them locally other than a dealer, they aren't too badly priced in a pinch for one or two. They are Molex terminal pins and sockets.
72169-07 Pins
72191-94 Sockets
You can find on ebay if you're not in a hurry. You'll also need a special crimper if you want to do it right. I've done enough to say the crimper is worth it. Those little bastards are tiny and they have to fit down in the plug after they are crimped.

+1...........Needle nose pliers do not work. Depending on how many need to be replaced, it may be easier and cheaper to buy an extension kit and snip off the female end and splice that end and your broken end together.
I try and bring the wire in question to the dealership. If I buy the tip from the parts counter, the service guys take care of me and crimp it on for me. Sometimes it has been like 8 tips that need to be crimped.
The crimp tool is like $400, better to buy the mechanic coffee.
I don't know how many pins you need but I got four part number 72169-07 I can send you. you can get a crimper fro 30 bucks. PM me if you want the pins .

Thank you appreciate the offer, I just ordered an extension kit figured might as well just extend them now while Im at it. will give me more options on tucking plugs back in fairing.

What crimper did you get and where did you get it? I've been trying to figure out which Molex crimper to buy. I like keeping my toolbox full of specialty tools for those special projects.
