I'll apologize in advance for my ignorance.
I installed the 4 point docking hardware for a '14, PN 52300131. I tried installing the two up tour pack rack, PN 53000221 and the front two bushings on the detachable hardware are too wide by exactly the width of the chrome spacer. I've read and re-read the instructions and can't figure it out. HELP!
Thanks for reading what might be a really stupid question and any help would be greatly appreciated.
I was trying to put the front part of the rack in the bushings on the docking hardware. I guess they don't go in the bushings, they go on the chrome spacers?

On a side note make sure you check the screws that hold the rotary latches on. A lot of guys are reporting them to be loose. I took mine out by hand surprised they didn't fall out on the street.
my 2014 Tour Pak mooting hardware arrived a few days ago; the right hand side of the rotating mechanism was completely loose. Thanks for posting and keeping others informed.
Thanks for the help and advise. Sometimes you just need to talk $h!t through with your brothers. It's on and looks great but my seat's out being reshaped and covered so I'll "prove it" with pics as soon as I get my seat back.
Thanks again and ride safe!
