Gents,
just got my 2012 ST in Black Denim and thinking of adding a Razor Tour Pak.
I've checked the prices for HD paint, and... how should I say it ... HOLLY CRAP, it's expensive!!!
So, I've been searching on this forum and noticed a few posts mentioning that John Deere Blitz Black paint is a close match to the HD Black Denim paint.
Do you guys think that I can actually go ahead and use it as a substitute for HD paint on the Tour Pak?
I've seen the Blitz black and it is really close. It would be tough to tell the difference. I'm considering it for a paint job myself.
If you want to try Plasti Dip it is also very close. And you can't really screw it up because you can just peel it right off at any time. If you want to save up some $$$ for a real paint job this may be a temporary option.
I did my RK in it using thier rattle cans and after it cures, keep it waxed and it will hold up for years. Take a look at this website dipyourcar.com
whats an ST? street glide? do you already have a razor pack that you are looking to change the paint on? if not, why not just buy it in denim black to start?

No, I don't have it yet, so I would have to get it aftermarket (as I don't think Harley offers them for 2012 Street Glide). And I haven't seen any of the manufacturers offer it in Denim Black.

You've got some homework to do my friend. Any tourpack that Harley sells will fit your 2012 Street Glide. You just have to buy the hardware to install it.

notwithstanding the differing arguments you're going to get with the razor vs chopped vs king, here's the stock part numbers you're looking for (and the msrp, check with a discounter to get a better price):
