With this, the lines were sitting very tight on the frame rail and i was concerned about rubbing through. Jagg stated that they have been running the lines that way for many years with no problems. Interesting they have changed the routing. Thanks for posting joe.
That cooler sit's to low for me & would pick up to much debris from the front tire I think I'll just go with a finned oil filter to cool my oil for now.

Does the Jagg LowMount sit lower than the stock cooler?

I've noticed either my Harley cooler or the lines are leaking as well and have been researching the Jagg units myself. I always held off because it seemed like you had to piece everything together seperatly, now I see they have kits with everything but the oil.

Op when your stock cooler started leaking did you notice any drop in oil pressure?

If you had a leak large enough to drop the oil presure, your rear tire would be very slippery.

No, not at all. Leak was very minimal. The more I looked, the more it appeared the seepage was coming from a crack in the area adjacent to one of the line feeds.

Barely lower at the bottom of cooler, top fits a little higher, closer to the bottom of the voltage regulator.

Rem the Jagg has 4 more rows than that of the stock HD cooler.

I'm not worried too much about road debris damaging the cooler. There's a bunch of these coolers out there with no indication of ruptures due to road debris. Not saying it can't happen, just saying I know of no occurrence.

I'm wondering if I can (or shouldn't) just add keep my HD oil cooler adapter and replace the HD 6 row cooler with the Jagg 10 row cooler? Why not?

I believe we have some forum sponsors that may handle these kits. The kit is Jagg part number 750-2400. DCP references that number, but the kit contents they show in the picture is different than mine with the same part number. Can't say if my kit is older or newer.
I got my kit 750-2400 from Direct Cycle Parts today and it is exactly like the one you installed, AN fittings and all. $329.00

Just got mine as well from Dennis Kirk.

Lowcountry Joe - you should be getting a commission check from Jagg.

Ha! Well, it was fun installing it. Also had a great conversation with a Jagg rep. Was asking about torque values for some of the fasteners. There are no torque recommendations in the instructions, only suggestions on tightening order. I found that to be somewhat of a shortcoming for such a well made product. But it all worked out in the end.
