Well I heard back from the dealer yesterday and said he could not find anything wrong, he said he checked it out and everything was to specs, he said he rode it at different speeds and turns and never felt anything wrong,He also said he called moco and they have not heard from anyone with the same problem, I asked him if he took the front tire off the rim and checked the inside for defects and he said no, that he lifted it and spun the tire and didn't see anything wrong, I am still very concerned because I am 48 and been riding since age 5 and know what I feel.
I also stated in a previous comment on the subject that I had a front Dunlop on my 05 that was defected and it felt the same, I also remember that there was no visible signs until we took it off the rim and felt inside the tire and that's when we felt the bands coming undone.
I guess I will pick it up next week and see, I think I am going to take it somewhere else and take the tire off and check it for defects myself, I told my wife that if anything happens to me while riding to make sure she reports the problems that I felt and goes after Harley, that's how strong I feel that something is wrong.
I would tell them to take the tire off and inspect it. I bet they didn't even ride the damn thing.
Teardrop, your probably right about them not riding it but I will know when I pick it up, I had 435 miles on it when it went to the shop, I contacted another dealer and they said to bring it to them and they would put another tire on it and see if it takes care of it.
Going to call them again in a bit and ask them to remove the tire and inspect it.
Well I picked it up from the dealer and he couldn't find anything wrong, he only rode it 10 miles, wow, it still feels funny in low speeds but seemed ok on the highway, I am going to test it at low speeds asap and see if I can give a better explanation of what I feel, If it continues I will take it somewhere else and see if they can figure it out.

Wojo
Thanks for updating us. let us know what you find. Man, this kinda thing will drive you nuts.
Have you a jack/lift to get the bike up with the wheels off the ground? If so, I would suggest doing this and then wiggling front and rear, seeing if you find play or odd motion somewhere. Don't discount the rear, it can swing the front end quite a bit if it's wiggling.
With the weather, I would also consider the possibility that it is something on the road. Like sand that the road crews dumped for traction, or well ground salt. Can give a remarkably floaty dancy sensation, and slide out easily in turns.
Worse comes to worse, you buy a new set of tires and install them. Likely the dealer or moco will not reimburse you for them, but if it's what you feel you really do need, it's only a couple of hundred dollars for a set. Rationalize it as an upgrade.
Hey guys,
Thanks for all the responses, now I am really going to blow your mind!!!
As I stated, the dealer did not find anything so I picked it up Sunday, rode it 70 miles home and checked it out as soon as I arrived, everything looked good, no oil substance on tires etc, the wind was blowing strong for a couple of days so I did not ride it so that when I did, I could get a better feel and not let the weather add to the problem.
This is where I will blow your mind!!!
On Tuesday after the bike had (not moved since Sunday) I went to ride and I went to check the tires before hand and guess what, the front had that same oil substance all over it that seem to be bleeding out of the tire itself, remember the bike sat for 2 days without moving and the tire was cleaned when I parked it!!!! I have never seen anything like this before but now I know that it is not me!!!
I called Dunlop and sent them pictures and they made a report on it to send to there engineers, I also called another dealer which is also 70 miles from me and he sent a truck to pick it up yesterday and said that he would get to the bottom of it.
