As I stated, the dealer did not find anything so I picked it up Sunday, rode it 70 miles home and checked it out as soon as I arrived, everything looked good, no oil substance on tires etc, the wind was blowing strong for a couple of days so I did not ride it so that when I did, I could get a better feel and not let the weather add to the problem.

This is where I will blow your mind!!!

On Tuesday after the bike had (not moved since Sunday) I went to ride and I went to check the tires before hand and guess what, the front had that same oil substance all over it that seem to be bleeding out of the tire itself, remember the bike sat for 2 days without moving and the tire was cleaned when I parked it!!!! I have never seen anything like this before but now I know that it is not me!!!

I called Dunlop and sent them pictures and they made a report on it to send to there engineers, I also called another dealer which is also 70 miles from me and he sent a truck to pick it up yesterday and said that he would get to the bottom of it.

I will repost as soon as I hear back!!

I would be spending my time looking at the rear tire, and assorted bits back there.

When my bike does what you describe, it is usually the rear tire is flat or some such thing.

I tried to post pictures yesterday and it would not let me, I think the files are to big and I am using windows 8 and its a pos. I can email them to anyone that wants me too!!!

I talked to the dealer that has it yesterday and he said he was going to replace the tire because he also cleaned it and the next morning it was back, then last night I had a missed call from him and he left me a voice mail saying to call him this morning to discuss what else he found wrong with the bike!!! gets better and better!!!

Will keep everyone informed.

What pressure?

Mold release is highly unlikely as almost no major tire manufacturers use it any more.

Have you checked your steering head fall away?

Edit: Never mind, I see you found a potential cause.

I emailed them to you, Thanks, I have also heard back from the dealer he said he replaced the tire and he found a coolant leak, had to order a water pump.

I told him that the tire issue cannot be from coolant, there is no signs of anything anywhere but on the tire, not on the lower fairings, fender or on the ground, he agreed that something is defiantly weird going on with the tire but at least he replaced it.

Call him and ask not to throw the tire away.
