you can add all kinds of chrome, but until the lowers are done the bike does not look "complete". Had chrome lowers on my RK, have black on my SG

 

Sorry gents , I am PIC illiterate. The bolts are metric with an allen head. The HD Dealer had them in stock and mentioned them to me when I went to pick up my parts, so I just added them to the pile and bolted them on.
