Default Big Bore time

Looks like I'm ready to go to the next step on Buford. I know Fuelmoto has a good reputation. I like what I've seen with their 98" build. My only problem/fear is they are 11 hours away. Any other suggestions closer to the Tennessee area or would my best bet be to put on my long panties and head north?

Can't beat fuelmoto. If you have a good indy just have them ship the parts to him and get the labor done by your guy. It's simple 5-6 hour job.

I'd love to go GIGANTIC LOL but my budget is about $3k.

What special tools are necessary to do the Fuelmoto setup myself? I'd hate to invest more money in tools than I would pay in labor to get it done. :/

I'll either wait for warmer weather or put a hitch on the mustang and trailer it up. I don't think my old truck is up for the trip. LOL

when weather breaks, make an appt with Fuel Moto. Ride up, check into motel, head over to FM and drop off the bike. next day, watch tv all day then head over to fuel moto and pick up your bike. the break-in will be done on the dyno, just swing a leg over it and start the ride home.
