Thanks for all the responses, I got er done. It looks light in this pic, but is actually pretty dark.

And I have tighten a water bottle by hand so tight that I could not get the cap off.
A little dab of never seize on that water bottle cap will cure that problem.
Love my little CDI torqe screwdriver, I don't trust my judgement.

I just make sure my shield lines up in the holes first then hand tighten using common sense
