Default Q.D. Windshield mounts

I just got the Harley Q.D. windshield and mount.... Instructions say the O.D. clamps mount to the windshield at 60 inch lbs torque....its steel on steel ,no plastic involved, they are allen head bolts and and I dont have an adapter or a torque wrench for inch lbs......
so pls give this a shot...... how tight is 60 in lbs ....snug, very snug, tight, very tight....I will be using an allen wrench...

Snug them down with some BLUE loctite, the blue keeps the fastener serviceable.

60in/lbs is only 5 ft/lbs - not much more than closing the gap plus a 1/4 turn at most
