I ran the outlaw bolts with the 587 kit ,No misting on my bike or down my leg, performance idk maybe the same may be not. The product on the other hand worked for me without any problems for the 5000 miles I put on them and compared to an intake filter and throttle body with out external breathing was much cleaner.

These are made to work in conjunction with a standard after-market support bracket which is about 1/8" thick. The thread length on the OUTLAW Breather Bolts is 3/4".

Please call the shop and have them change your order to either the traditional hose & filter style, or the Discrete Breather.

That way it will save time and shipping the wrong part to you.

You were lucky, I had oil mist from the A/C back to my bags after less then 100 miles. Venting to the ground now.....I guess every bike is different when it comes to oil blow-by...

It all depends on how the bike was broke in and the rings set but that's a whole other can of worms and opinions. My past bikes have had little if any blow by and as soon as the weather gets better here my D

HDV, no disrespect, but he was not lucky. Less than 5% of our Customers experience excessive oil carry over (blow-by) and have great experience with the Breather Bolts.

You were advised by me personally to NOT use the Breather Bolts.

When I read your posts describing the amount of oil carry over you have with your bike, I knew you would not be happy with with the Breather Bolts and I asked you to return them BEFORE installing them.

You went ahead and installed them anyway and have since been been posting regularly, carte blanche, that if anyone uses them they will get oil down the side of their bike. This is simply not true.

You are correct, every bike is different, but most bikes do not have excessive carry over, and the Breather Bolts will work fine with most bikes.

Here is a good reference post (I know you've seen it already, but I am posting it for everyone else reading this thread)
