the flht tank console sucks..i allready bought a corbin seat so i cant use the streched console that harley offers, does anyone out there know what im saying? besides the inserts hd sells, what else could i put in that space? i bought the vivid black one from hd and it is a $55.00 piece of crap flimsy rubber piece that i hate.any pics?

I have looked at a few on ebay that have flames and what not on them for $25. They are the flimsey plastic ones but better that paying $55. Bryan

 

I put a dash pouch on my classic, found one from a softail and used the good velcro to put it on, very handy, looked good too.

I myself, plan on making one out of sheet metal and painting it myself and putting a nice design on it...fairly simple to do

I bought the HD piece for $20 so I could put the Street Glide seat on my Electra Glide. Looks ok, not quite as integrated as I had hoped for. Most likely I'll watch eBay and pick up a full console and just swap it back/forth as it isn't that hard.

 

The 2000 Screamin Eagle RoadGlide used a black power coated dash that looks pretty good...
