Once you decide on the clutch cable and brake line, google the part numbers. Lots of times you can find some jam up prices on Amazon.
True. I am a Gold member of J&P Cycle, which gives me a pretty nice discount on most things. And so their prices tend to be lower than I've seen from Dennis Kirk, Eastern Perf, etc. But when I looked on Amazon for the exact same stuff, I found the lowest prices anywhere. Just bought Kurykyan grips for $10 less on Amazon than on JP which was less than Eastern Performance. Ironically, it was Eastern Performance that sold them to me through Amazon! lol
I've price out my handlebar project, including cables, and found the lowest prices on Amazon. LA Chopper cable/line kit, NAMZ wire extensions, even the Wild1 apes. Bummer... I really wanted to give my business to J&P or one of the other moto shops. But I'm saving well over $100 using Amazon.
JP...just installed these same bars on two bikes. We did go +4 on the brake and clutch cables. Bikes were 2011 Ultras so a little different but we didn't want to have to try and reroute and deal with cables and wires being tight when you turned the wheel a full turn. Man what a difference in how the bikes look....hope to get some decent weather so I can see if they feel as good as they look.
I got an 11 street glide with the 10 3/4 mayhems. My brake line worked fine my clutch cable fit through the fairing it's a little tight on full right lock but it works and I didn't have to extend any of my wires
