$700-$800 with all your cable lines. It is allot of work/labor for them. While they have the fairing off might as well do braided lines. Also if you do not like the fairing mirrors have them take them off and plug the holes. This is the time to add new grips, should not charge labor because they are already taking the bars off.
Just make sure you do your home work, and get the bars you want as your finding out expensive *** hell.

I had it done when I bought the bike and before I took possession. This way I could fold it all into my extended warranty. Ran me about $1250 which included the bars, the clamp, chrome switch housings (it snow balled on me) longer clutch cable and longer brake line, Kuryakyn trigger brake/clutch levers, Aileron Heated Grips, and wired my Garmin Zumo 550 mount with power and audio and wired in my Escort Radar Detector power. It got to a point where I was thinking "if I'm doing this, might as well add that".....I thought it was a great deal and saved me from doing it. No issues with any of it.
