Default Red Craftsman

Has anyone comfortably used a Red Craftsman jack to lift their Street Glide? I cannot get delivery of a J&S in time to install my new rear fender kit this weekend. Thanks

Default Yellow one

I have a 2013 street glide. I have the yellow craftsman bike jack. Works perfect. I changed both front and rear rims. Jack is low enough to slide under bike with no problem. Plus the price is much more reasonable.

I had one for a few years. To just jack up the bike and not touch it or start it, it was fine. Start doing any heavy wrenching and it started to get shaky. Forget about starting the bike up there. Of course if you strapped the bike down, it was fine. If you plan on doing a lot of work on your bike where a jack is necessary, look into a Pitbull or J&S.

That's what I use. I always strap it to the jack.

I use it with my Ultra Limited all the time. Have also used it to do a cam job on a buddy's 10' Ultra Classic as well. Never had an issue.

my SG was on mine for over a month while i did all my fork swap, bars, audio, inner fairing and never had a problem. just strap the bike to it and should be fine. i've als oused it numerous other times for various things on SG, my RG hasnt been on it... yet. use good judgement and make sure you get bike on there solidly and secure
